Candidates must have a degree and a minimum of 5 to 10 years quantitative and/or qualitative experience. Candidates must also have experience with a variety of research methodologies and techniques and impeccable analytical abilities leading to meaningful, research-driven insights and implications.
Experience in stakeholder research and/or international research is a definite plus with proven skills in business development. Solid knowledge of or experience with Corporate Reputation, CSR and/or Sustainable Development is a definite asset.
The successful candidate will lead the management of major client accounts and help drive Globescan's Europe business. This role will involve significant client liaison and strong leadership skills. The AD will be responsible for all aspects of ad hoc research studies from set-up through to client's strategic recommendations.
The AD will have excellent people management skills with a proven ability to lead, support and develop team members. This role requires exceptional communications skills, including value-added report and proposal writing. The ability to work fluently in English is mandatory, and competency in one or more other languages is desirable.
