GlobeScan's approach to stakeholder research sets it apart from other research firms. Our method is based on the principle that our business depends on the relationships we establish and maintain with stakeholders, just as our client's businesses depend on them.

The stakeholders we interview are treated with the highest level of respect and collegiality. We allocate interviewers with relevant background to speak with respondents on a given topic. All have at least one university degree; many have more.

Our questionnaires are intelligently designed and engaging. As a result, stakeholders enjoy their interviews with GlobeScan, and are willing to speak candidly. Interviews often last longer than the scheduled allotted time, and many stakeholders agree to be contacted for follow-up conversations. The outcome is superior research with value-added insight.
