Phase 4: Stakeholder Identification and Surveying

GlobeScan finalizes the stakeholder groups and ensures that only high-level Opinion Leaders participate in the study. Only qualified stakeholders are interviewed by senior researchers. Treating stakeholders respectfully and collegially is critical to secure ongoing access to a high-level stakeholder panel.

Phase 5: Analysis and Reporting

Drawing together the primary and secondary research and analysis, GlobeScan synthesizes the findings into an actionable interpretive framework presented to the client in an in-person briefing and final report.

Phase 6: Applying the Research

GlobeScan works with the client to ensure that key people in the company have a thorough understanding of the methodology, findings and implications of the research. In addition to helping set the strategic course for the company in the context of key issues, GlobeScan provides advice, workshops, and custom presentations to help refine tactics that will provide for successful implementation of the research.
